The Lemonade artist took to Facebook to not only announce her own role as the voice of Nala, but the rest of the cast too.
Comedian Eric Andre will play Azizi and Key & Peele actor Keegan-Michael Key will play Kamari.
Cast members already revealed include Donald Glover as Simba, John Oliver is Zazu, and James Earl Jones will reprise his role as Mufasa
Billy Eichner and Seth Rogen are set to play Timon and Pumbaa, respectively.
The Lion King will be joining a series of live action Disney revivals, including Beauty and the Beast, The Jungle Book, and Cinderella. Also scheduled are Mulan, Aladdin and The Little Mermaid.
"It is a director's dream to assemble a talented team like this to bring this classic story to life," director Jon Favreau said in a statement.
There's no word if Beyonce will influence the music for the film, but Hans Zimmer, who scored the animated original, will return to score this version.
