Naya Rivera has reportedly officially filed for divorce from her husband Ryan Dorsey.
The Glee star was arrested for domestic battery earlier this month, after she allegedly assaulted her husband, actor Ryan Dorsey.
Her friends and family were reportedly "very concerned" for the actress' health, saying her drinking was spiralling out of control.
Dorsey released a statement on Twitter at the time, asking for "privacy" at the time.
Now TMZ reports the pair are splitting, with Riviera citing 'irreconcilable differences' for ending her three-year marriage. She is reportedly asking for joint custody of their two-year-old son Josey.
The actress previously filed for divorce in November 2016, but later dismissed it.
Riviera and Dosey marred in secret in 2015, just weeks after she called off her engagement to rapper Big Sean.
