Eleven years ago, the paparazzi gods gifted us one of the most iconic photos of all time - 'The Holy Trinity' of Paris Hilton, on-again-off-again friend Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears, all cozying up in a car together.
The year of 2006 was a confusing time, Hilton was releasing her seminal classic 'Stars are Blind', Spears was in the midst of her painful divorce from Kevin Federline and Lohan was starring in the Razzy-nominated hit Just My Luck.
But in a new interview, Hilton has revealed it was a confusing time for the stars themselves, as Lohan wasn't actually supposed to be here.
MTV Australia asked if she had heard from Lohan after re-posting the image on its 11th anniversary last month.
"Actually, it was just Brit and I out, and then [Lindsay] just like chased us to the car and got in," Paris replied. "She wasn't invited - you're not on the list."
When the host remarked that the Mean Girls star seemed to be doing well in Mykonos, Hilton replied simply: "Yeah, sure."
