It's the news we've all been waiting for and according to Mel B "the worst kept secret in the business" the Spice Girls have reportedly confirmed their UK and USA tour.
The 90s pop 'girl power' sensation went viral last week after sharing picutres of their reunion, along with former manager Simon Fuller.
Now TMZ are reporting that the meeting with Fuller was to plan a world tour that will kick off in late summer (winter for us in the Southern Hemisphere). According to sources close to the group, the plan is reportedly to start the tour off in the UK, before heading across to the US.
Of course Australasian fans are wildly speculating over whether Mel 'Scary Spice' Brown, Victoria 'Posh Spice' Beckham, Geri 'Ginger Spice' Halliwell, Emma 'Baby Spice' Bunton and Melanie 'Sporty Spice' Chisholm will come down under, to perform in Australia or New Zealand.
There has been no word yet on Southern Hemisphere dates, but rumours are currently swirling over the ditch that Mel B may be the next Australian Bachelorette in 2018.
New Idea reported in December the 42-year-old was in talks with Channel Ten to star in the Australian reality series, following a split from her husband of10 years.
That means at least one Spice Girl will possibly be down under in 2018, and Australian and Kiwi fans have their fingers crossed the other four members might come to join her.
In a statement issued to ABC by Victoria Beckham's publicist Jo Milloy on behalf of the group, the plan was to reunite "to explore some incredible new opportunities together".
"We are always overwhelmed at how much interest there is across the whole world for the Spice Girls," she said.
"We all agree that there are many exciting possibilities that will once again embrace the original essence of the Spice Girls, while reinforcing our message of female empowerment for future generations."
Viva forever.
