Kiwi movie star Rose McIver is getting a royal wedding sequel for her cult Netflix hit, A Christmas Prince.
The first film was released on the streaming service in 2017 and quickly amassed fans as an endearingly cheesy rom-com.

A trailer for A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding has been released, and it features McIver's character Amber taking down notes while watching Prince Harry tie the knot with Meghan Markle.
"Hear ye, hear ye - Ms Amber Moore and His Royal Highness Prince Richard of Aldovia kindly request the honour of your presence at their royal wedding later this year," said Netflix in a tweet.
"Well look what we have here," McIver tweeted, with a link to the trailer.
Last December, Netflix posted a humorous message to a number of people who were reportedly watching A Christmas Prince every single day.
