Warning: This video may disturb some viewers.
ACT leader David Seymour has once again proved he's the king of cringe, agreeing to feature in an Instagram video in which he's being taught how to twerk.
In the excruciating clip, which also features The Rock radio station's Roger Farrelly, Seymour can be seen bending down low for the camera before unleashing a truly disturbing booty shake.
"I can feel it in the air tonight," he tells Farrelly, mid-twerk.

The footage was likely filmed to promote Sunday night's episode of Three's Dancing With The Stars NZ, which Seymour is mystifyingly yet to be eliminated from, despite finishing last on the leaderboard every single week.
One thing's for sure - his twerking is about as good as his waltz, which, you know, you can take whichever way you want.
DWTS NZ airs Sundays 7pm and Mondays 7.30pm on Three, and all episodes can be viewed again on ThreeNow.
