Social media users have, in good humour, dragged Chrissy Teigen after she posted a video of her daughter playing with what turned out to be a highly dangerous insect.
The model was holidaying in Bali with her husband John Legend and their children Luna and Miles when the terrifying incident with the tarantula hawk wasp occurred.
She posted a video on Twitter captioned "What's this bug!?" as it crawls up her daughter Luna's arm.
"I swear to god if one you tells me this is a deadly bug I will vomit," she jokes.
The response from her followers was swift, and it turns out that the tarantula hawk wasp is indeed a very dangerous species.
The wasp has one of the most painful stings of any insect in the world, according to the UK's Natural History Museum.
The museum also claims the sting is instantaneous, electrifying and totally debilitating.
However the bite from the wasp is not deadly, as some people had taunted.
