Chrissy Teigen has taken to Instagram to share about the issues she faces on social media as a model and a mum of two.
Teigen, who is married to singer John Legend, posted a gorgeous snap by the beach with her two children, two-year-old Luna and newborn Miles.

In the caption, the Sports Illustrated model referenced the difficulties of picking a photo as a parent that won't incur the wrath of judgemental comments.
"Should I post the one where his head looks unsupported but my face looks good and Luna is over it," she began.
"[Or] the one where his head is supported but my face is just okay and Luna is over it, or him crying and my face looks okay and Luna is over it?"
Fans were quick to send messages of support in the comments section.
"Doesn't matter. As long as your face looks good!" one commenter wrote.
"I'm a mom of two and girl. You got this handled. There's absolutely NOTHING wrong with the way you are holding either of your children," said another.
Teigen has previously called herself "a proud shamer of Mommy-shamers". She's famous for her witty Twitter commentary on life as a parent in the spotlight - and she's not afraid to tell critics where to go.
In response to one Twitter user who reprimanded her for the way she shielded her baby from the paparazzi, she wrote simply "please, do shut up".
