Emergency dispatch audio reveals the moment Demi Lovato was reportedly discovered unconscious by paramedics at her Los Angeles home.
Emergency services can be heard describing an "unconscious" female at the property - said to be the pop star's home in the Hollywood Hills.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ the 'Cool For The Summer' singer was treated with Narcan, a treatment used to revive people overdosing from narcotics. It is suspected she was using heroin.
Lovato was then reportedly rushed to hospital by ambulance. Multiple media outlets are now reporting that she is now in a 'stable' condition.
Last month the singer released her latest single, 'Sober', in which she admitted she had fallen off the wagon after six years of sobriety.
The singer has a history of battles with drug addiction and went into rehab in 2010.
Variety has confirmed Lovato's Atlantic city concert due to take place later this week has been cancelled.
