Scott's new album Astroworld topped the Billboard Album Charts this week, with Minaj's Queen coming in at number two.
The 'Anaconda' rapper reposted one of Jenner's Instagram posts promoting her boyfriend's upcoming tour, suggesting it's the reason Scott's album sales were so high.
"I put my blood, sweat and tears into writing a dope album, only for Travis Scott to have Kylie Jenner post a tour pass telling people to come see her and Stormi," she wrote.
In Jenner's original post, she told her over 113 million followers that her and her daughter were "ready for tour".
"I'm actually laughing," continued Minaj.
"Queen broke the record of being number one in 86 countries. Thank Jesus and thank you to my fans."
But she wasn't done yet - she also called out Scott, claiming she had spoken to him and "he knows he doesn't have the #1 album this week".
During her rant, Minaj also pointed a finger at Spotify, who she alleged wanted to "teach her a lesson" for releasing her album early.
