In the latest episode of The Bachelor Australia to play in New Zealand, Cass Wood provided this season's most cringe-worthy moment yet.
She took her nervous intensity to all new heights by reading teen-style diary messages to Nick 'Honey Badger' Cummins - who somehow managed to not run off in terror.
Cass's role as the show's clingiest clinger was established as soon as she walked up to the mansion, nervously giggling and fidgeting ever since.

Her love of Nick is scarily deep and, according to the messages she wrote down and recited to him, it took hold of her the instant she saw him.
"From the moment I first saw you, there was this precious moment in time where it felt like everything stood still. And we locked eyes through the crowd," she told Nick.
"There was a moment of realisation for me that love at first sight could be true."
Her creepy diary recital sounds like what a stalker would write down about their target. It also marked the 137th time, approximately, she brought up the fact that she'd met Nick before they both starred on the reality TV show.
Although Nick didn't run off when she finished the reading, he refused her desire for a pash before calmly trying to explain why.
"There's a lot of things I've got to take into account and I don't want to hurt people, but I want the best for them," he told her.
"Bloody hell. I've bloody bitten off more than I can chew here, haven't I."
The Bachelor Australia screens in New Zealand on Bravo at 8:30pm every Tuesday and Wednesday. It can also be viewed on ThreeNow.
