Lily Allen has admitted to sleeping with female prostitutes because she felt "lost and lonely" during her tumultuous marriage.
The singer, who married Sam Cooper in 2011 and with whom she has two daughters, said while touring for her 2014 album Sheezus she paid for sex with female escorts.
At the time she was suffering from post-natal depression and felt her marriage was under strain. Two years later, Allen split with Cooper, blaming her life in the spotlight as the reason her person life crumbled.
While Allen admitted to cheating back in May, she hit Instagram on Saturday to give her fans a "heads up" on the details early.
"I slept with female escorts when I was on tour, cause I was lost and lonely and looking for something. I'm not proud, but I'm not ashamed. I don't do it anymore," she wrote.
She has also previously revealed she considered using heroin when her marriage broke down, but instead turned to sex.
