Eminem will perform at Wellington's Westpac Stadium on March 2, 2019, it has been announced.
The 'Lose Yourself' hitmaker has only performed in Aotearoa once before, for his Rapture event at Auckland's Western Springs Stadium in 2014.
That was the venue's fastest ever selling show - perhaps unsurprising for the best-selling musical artist of the '00s decade.
Recently, Eminem has been embroiled in hip-hop beefs after taking aim at a number of rivals on his latest album, Kamikaze.
The most notable feud it kicked off was with Machine Gun Kelly, who fired back with diss track 'Rap Devil', only to be hit by Eminem again with 'Killshot'.
The Rapture event in 2014 was memorable not only as Eminem's debut performance in New Zealand, but also because his chosen support act Odd Future was banned from coming by Immigration NZ.
In the years since, Tyler the Creator of Odd Future has made derogatory comments about Eminem, and was subsequently verbally attacked on Kamikaze.
Eminem's Rapture 2019 is supported by MediaWorks, which has a special pre-sale period kicking off on Wednesday at 10am.
Tickets to the general public go on sale October 23.
