Comedy duo Jono Pryor and Ben Boyce announced on Thursday night that their TV show Jono & Ben will not be returning in 2019.
The final ever episode will be broadcast on Three on November 15.
"We're going to take a quick moment to just say this series will be the final series on Jono & Ben," said Jono in the latest episode.
"It's been one hell of a ride."
"We love making this show and it's been such a huge part of our lives. Over the last seven years we've had a blast making over 200 episodes," said Ben.
"We've put our pride and at times our bodies on the line, all in the name of comedy - and we've loved every minute of making this show."
Jono joked that he'd trawled through the internet and could not find a single negative comment about the show.
"We have seriously loved making this show, we really have, and we look forward to celebrating the last seven years over the next - final - five weeks," said Jono.
MediaWorks Chief Content Officer Andrew Szusterman says the comedy duo "remain very much a part of the MediaWorks family".
"The current format for Jono and Ben has been running for seven years, which for an entertainment show in New Zealand is almost unprecedented," said Andrew.
"I am really excited about what we can do in the future - we've already started discussing some ideas."
