Nott and British popstar Charlie XCX joined Swift to perform her Grammy-Award-winning song 'Shake It Off' at Melbourne's Marvel Stadium.
"Thanks @charli_xcx and tequila for keeping me chill[ed] pre stage," Nott wrote on the Broods Instagram page alongside a photo of her and 'Boys' singer Charlie XCX.
"I probably would've blacked out with nerves otherwise like that one time I went bungee jumping."
Nott along with her brother and bandmate Caleb will open for Swift when the Reputation Stadium Tour lands in New Zealand next week.
Until then, the 24-year-old Kiwi is reliving her surreal experience on social media.
"My 15 year old self is, like, totally fan girling over me right now," she captioned a close up snap of her and Swift singing on stage.
"If you look closely you can ALMOST tell I'm trying to do the choreography...#iusuallyjustfreestyle," she tweeted alongside another video of the performance.
Swift will perform at Auckland's Mount Smart Stadium on Friday, November 9.
