Meghan Markle's paternal half-sister Samantha Markle has reportedly been turned away from Kensington Palace by a guard after arriving at a gate unannounced on Saturday (local time).

Samantha, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, was photographed outside the palace gates in a wheelchair, where she and her partner spoke to a guard before handing over a letter.
According to the Daily Mirror, the 53-year-old writer was refused entry to the palace grounds, but paparazzi images show a security official accepting her mysterious envelope.
The following day, Samantha tweeted: "Everybody would love to know what's in that letter", followed by a series of emojis.
Later the same day, Samantha was photographed holding souvenir masks of Harry and Meghan's faces.
Last month, Samantha's publicist Rob Cooper wrote a series of tweets announcing that she would be travelling to the UK to confront the Duchess of Sussex about their father, Thomas Markle.
Both Samantha and Thomas have made countless headlines for their controversial comments about Meghan and Harry. Neither was invited to the royal wedding, and both claim Meghan has refused to make contact with them.
During her time in the UK, Samantha sat down for a lengthy TV interview with Jeremy Vine in which she discussed her estranged sister and made an apology.
"I just think that families can be this way when there's confusion and when people are hurt," she said.
"So, moving forward, I apologise and I wish things could be different."
