Caitlyn Jenner's Malibu home has reportedly burnt down in the Southern California wildfires.

Luckily Jenner was not home at the time and is safe, TMZ reports.

Her 3500 square foot home which was featured in the TV show, I Am Cait, was destroyed in the Woolsey fire which is currently burning out of control.

Purchasing the home in 2015 for US$3.58 million it was equipped with indoor fireplaces, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a pool and spa.

The home sat on top of a ridge overlooking the Malibu beach area and had 360 views of mountains and ocean.

This is not the first time a natural disaster has ravaged her home, just last year ferocious winds tore the roof off her house.

The whole of Malibu is currently being evacuated with an estimated 150,000 people being asked to leave the area, including other members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan - Kim, Khole and Kourtney.

The wildfires have burned over 14,000 acres so far and five people have been killed.
