Hawkesby posted photo of her and the Prime Minister posing together at the Deloitte Top 200 awards at Auckland's Spark Arena last night.
"That's the Xmas present for the hubby sorted," she captioned the photo.
"Framing it tomorrow. Thanks Jacinda Ardern for being such a good sport."
She added on her Instagram story, "he's gonna love it!"
Hawkesby and Hosking are both renowned National Party supporters who are often critical of Prime Minister Ardern on their radio shows and opinion columns.
Earlier this year, Hosking attacked Ardern's decision to travel in a separate plane with her baby Neve to the Pacific Islands Forum.
"If she wasn't a new mum she would have left with everyone else," he wrote.
"If she wasn't a new mum she wouldn't have needed the plane to turn around and come back especially for her.
"The Pacific Island Forum is a joke. She's taken a molehill, added a plane, and made a mountain."
Hawkesby recently labeled the Prime Minister "soft" over her handling of Minister Clare Curran's rule-breaking.
