For the final episode of Three's Jono and Ben, one of the show's most famous impressions gets put to the test: fake Jacinda Ardern meets real Jacinda Ardern.
Laura Daniel has been impersonating the Prime Minister on a regular basis ever since the 2017 election. But with the end of the show looming, she'll have to say goodbye to the beloved impression.
In a skit for the last episode, which airs on Thursday night on Three, Daniel can be seen sitting in a dressing room in full Ardern makeup and costume.

She reflects on where the future will take her while another woman, whose face is just out of shot, finishes applying Daniel's makeup.
"Going into politics and becoming the Prime Minister is a very real option for me," she says.
"I guess that's why I've been able to do this Jacinda impression all year, because Jacinda and I are actually so similar.
"Recently she did a very inspiring speech at the UN, and I also did an inspiring speech at my friend Kate's 21st.
"Sure, the makeup helps, but I actually think I already possess a lot of the beauty, charm and charisma that Jacinda already has."
The makeup artist then leans into frame, and is revealed to be actual Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.
"Yeah, I don't think you really look like her," she tells Daniel, who imitates her in displeasure.
"You don't really sound like her either," replies Ardern.
Daniel's costume involves a set of prosthetic teeth to imitate the Prime Minister's signature grin, prompting Ardern to remark: "The teeth are a little bit much."
