Party-goers at Rhythm and Vines have been warned that dangerous substances have been found in drugs seized at the festival.

A statement from the organisers said drug containing paint compounds, pesticides and other dangerous substances had been seized, Stuff reported.
Over 20,000 mainly young people are attending the New Year’s festival in Gisborne and the warning was issued as the main event kicked off on Monday night.
