According to Us Weekly, a source says the Duchess Of Sussex feels "betrayed" by her father's repeated interviews with the press, in which he often shares personal details.
"It keeps getting worse and worse, he won't stop. It's shocking," the source said.
Last week, Thomas gave an extremely long and detailed tell-all interview to the Daily Mail, in which he leaked personal letters his daughter had written him.
"Daddy, Everything you do for me has turned me into who I am and I am so grateful," a valentines card he says is from Meghan read.
"All I want to do is make you proud... and I promise, no matter what, I'll do it. Thank you for everything daddy. I love you with all my heart now and forever."
Another source told US Weekly that the former Suits star had "moved on" from her relationship with her father.
"There is no relationship change. Any other interviews are just an eye roll."
In his latest interview, Thomas revealed he had written a letter to his daughter referencing scandals from Prince Harry's past in order to justify his mistakes.
"The Royals haven't always been perfectly behaved. I wrote that I've never played pool naked, nor have I dressed up as a Nazi," he told the Daily Mail.
In the lead up to the royal wedding earlier this year, Thomas admitted to having staged paparazzi photos of him being fitted for a suit, which he later sold.
He did not walk his daughter up the aisle, pulling out of the wedding just days before, due to what he claimed was a heart attack.
