Season six of Married At First Sight Australia officially has its first partner-swap on the cards, after Ines Basic and Sam Ball met up to discuss their attraction for one another.
- MAFS AU: Lauren shocks former adult virgin Matthew with lesbian confession
- MAFS AU: Bronson slammed for calling wife Ines the C-word
During Tuesday night's episode, Ines cooked a meal for her husband Bronson Norrish, before promptly messaging Sam the moment her partner left the apartment.
Sam, who was paired with Elizabeth Sobinoff, left his wife waiting for him in bed while he snuck off to meet Ines for a "chat".
The pair cosied up on the couch, where Ines told Sam he was "her type of snack".
"A delicious snack, I hope," Sam replied.
"I thought you were a good snack as well. Like a dessert."
Cameras rolled as the two held hands and touched knees, but Ines restrained herself from taking things further.
"I don't want to touch you and get you too excited," she told Sam.
"I want to kiss you. But I can't."
As for answering the question of "where do we go from here?", Ines had a plan in mind.
"We can hang out at the dinner party, but we can't hook up. You come get me. What's the code word? 'Cupcake'."
In the meantime, however, the 28-year-old legal assistant had another offer: "Can't I just send you nudes?" she asked Sam.
"Do whatever you like," he replied, before returning to the apartment he shares with wife Elizabeth, who remained none the wiser.
