"There's only one thing that can really help our planet and save our planet as long as we recycle - and that's aluminium," he said, as he spat out stray hairs that had blown into his mouth.
Before he began Momoa explained he last shaved in 2012, shortly after his run in Game of Thrones season one.
The actor was known for his long beard, which is sported by characters he played in Game of Thones, Aquaman, Frontier and upcoming Apple series See.
He was clean shaven for his role in the 2011 film Conan the Barbarian.
Momoa used the video to show off his new line of canned water, saying he's trying to clean up the planet for the future.
"Aquaman is trying to do the best he can - for my kids, for your kids, for the world," he said. "Clean up the oceans, clean up the land. Love you guys."
Momoa ended the video by showing off his newly clean-shaven face at the end of the video, touching it and exclaiming in surprise.
