'Still not afraid': Eminem celebrates 11 years of sobriety with powerful message

Eminem has marked 11 years of being sober with by paraphrasing some of his most well-known lyrics, telling fans he's "still not afraid".

The 46-year-old rapper, real name Marshall Mathers, celebrated the milestone by posting a photo of himself on Twitter and Instagram holding a sobriety coin.

The coin features the Roman numerals XI - for 11 years - in its centre, along with the words "service", "unity" and "recovery", while the photo's caption read "11 years - still not afraid".
