"He’s here and he’s perfect," she wrote. "He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her [sic]."
The baby arrived just before Mother's Day, which will be on Sunday, May 12.
Kardashian did not say what the boy would be named. She has three other children, North, Saint and Chicago.
Chicago and the latest baby were both carried by a surrogate after Kardashian experienced life-threatening complications during her pregnancies with North and Saint.
She delivered North early at 34 weeks due to preeclampsia, which causes high blood pressure, impaired liver function and kidney problems.
Kardashian also experienced placenta accreta, which is where all or part of the placenta attaches to the wall of the uterus. Doctors had to manually remove the placenta, and she had surgery on her uterus afterwards.
Doctors advised her against any further pregnancies after Saint was born.
No photos of the child have been released.
