The full lineup for next year's FOMO Festival in Auckland has been announced, bringing with it the news that singer/rapper Lizzo will perform for Kiwi audiences in early 2020.
The American singer and rapper has been riding a tsunami of success as of late with hits like 'Truth Hurts' and 'Juice', having recently performed at the BET Awards and Glastonbury.
Earlier this year, the 31-year-old revealed she'd be performing some tour dates in Australia, prompting speculation she'd perform at FOMO Festival.
Those suspicions have now been confirmed, with Lizzo joining a lineup that includes hip hop boy band Brockhampton, Canadian DJ Kaytranada and British-French rapper Octavian. Making up the Kiwi contingency are local acts Melodownz and Vayne.
FOMO Festival, which last year brought Nicki Minaj to Aotearoa, will move to Outdoors at The Trusts Arena on January 15.
The festival takes a 'no clashes' approach, meaning there'll only be one stage to host all the performers throughout the day-long festival so that Kiwi fans can all 'party together'.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, July 3.
