Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is being roasted online after he consumes and calls guinea pigs "delicious" in his new National Geographic show.
In Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted, the Michelin-star chef travels to Peru, where he indulges in the furry creature, US Magazine reports.
"I am telling you now, delicious," he says in the episode.
The episode, however, has drawn some unfortunate and unintended attention.
"We must shame him for this," one Twitter user said.
"Are you really killing and cooking something we have as pets @GordonRamsay? Please don't air that if you do," another wrote. "It will freak out the children."
ABC reports that in South America, "eating guinea pig - or 'coy' as it's known locally - is completely normal".
