A shocking photo appearing to show an injured Johnny Depp lying on a stretcher has surfaced as the actor makes fresh abuse allegations against his ex-wife Amber Heard.

The photo, obtained by celebrity gossip site The Blast, was allegedly filed in court documents in which Depp accused Heard of burning his face with a lit cigarette.
The Pirates of the Carribbean star is sporting sunglasses in the image, with a mark on his cheek and a bandage wrapped around his bloodied finger.
Depp reportedly claimed his ex-wife "screamed abusively" during the incident, hurling two bottles at him. One of the bottles reportedly broke, causing a cut on his finger.
The 56-year-old admitted he "wrote on a mirror and walls in blood and oil paint" after the altercation, but claimed it was a result of being in shock.
Heard has denied the claims, dubbing Depp "desperate" in a statement to People Magazine.
"This photograph proves nothing - apart from the fact that Johnny Depp is desperate to throw out any outlandish allegation to deflect attention from his physical and ongoing psychological abuse of Amber Heard," her lawyer said.
The former Hollywood power couple have been embroiled in a bitter legal battle for years, despite settling their divorce in 2016.
