"Happy Birthday to my amazing wife. Thank you for joining me on this adventure! - Love, H," the Duke of Sussex, 34, captioned a candid photo of Markle during their first international tour as a couple last October.
Prince William and Kate Middleton also publicly wished their sister-in-law a happy birthday.
"Wishing a very happy birthday to The Duchess of Sussex today!" the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wrote. The message was accompanied by a photo of the royal Fab Four, plus Prince Charles, at the Sandringham Christmas service last year.
The amicable post has been regarded by fans as a welcome display of unity following reports of a royal rift between the two couples.
Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall, shared a photo gallery of Markle to their official Instagram, wishing The Duchess "a very happy birthday".
A source told Harper's Bazaar that Markle is likely to celebrate with a "family day" at home with her husband and their two-month-old son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
