The touching tribute follows Irwin's July engagement to her longtime boyfriend, Chandler Powell.
Irwin's 15-year-old brother, Robert, will be walking her down the aisle in The Crocodile Hunter's place.
Robert also shared a Father's Day tribute to his dad on Sunday.
"Even in my early years, my dad certainly shaped the person I am today... he was the best dad to me and [Bindi Irwin], and I'll always look up to him," the 15-year-old wrote alongside a cute picture of him, Irwin and a koala.
Wednesday marks 13 years to the day since Steve Irwin died. The 44-year-old was pierced in the heart by a stingray barb while filming an underwater documentary on September 4, 2006.
