The 'I Love It' hit maker's wife Kim Kardashian taunted fans by cryptically tweeting the same image of a tracklist written on a note pad last month.
Now, West has followed up on his website and by revealing the news to attendees of his Sunday Service event over the weekend.
"Jesus Is King is out September 27, so let's continue this…" he can be seen telling a rapturous crowd in a fan-filmed Twitter video.
The 12-song tracklist shows the album will feature songs called 'Baptized', 'Sweet Jesus' and 'Sunday'. In the photo, West's notebook lies next to an open Bible.
Before the album's name was changed from Yandhi to Jesus Is King, it missed two scheduled release dates, in September and November of 2018.
