Eniko Hart confirmed to TMZ "he's going to be just fine", following news of Kevin's vintage muscle car careening off the road and rolling into a ditch.
Kevin was not driving the vehicle, but he and two other occupants were trapped when the car's roof was crushed on impact, Californian authorities confirmed.
TMZ reported that Kevin and the driver both suffered "major back injuries". According to multiple media outlets, the Ride Along star has since undergone successful back surgery.
"He's good. Everybody's good," Eniko told the paparazzi during a coffee run.
"He's awake... thank God."
Kevin purchased his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, nicknamed 'Menace', for his birthday earlier this year.
At the time, he showed off his new ride on Instagram, writing: "I added some more muscle to the family for my 40th."
Footage from TMZ, which had a photographer on the scene shortly after the accident, shows extensive damage to the vehicle.
