After initially failing to sell their The Block NZ: Firehouse apartment at auction on Sunday night, a late-night deal brought Stacy and Adam into the club of sellers.
The couple didn't walk away with any profit, however, selling their labour of love for $1,480,000 - failing to beat the reserve price.
Three out of four apartments have now sold, with Lisa and Ribz walking off as winners of The Block NZ: Firehouse. Their victory came after their home sold for $1,340,000 - $50,000 above the apartment's reserve.
As well as taking home the $50,000 profit from their sale, Lisa and Ribz also earned an extra $100,000 cash prize as winners.
Ethan and Sam also sold their house, netting $1,390,000. But their failure to get more than the reserve price meant they walked away with no profit. Not all was lost for the couple though, they took out the People's Choice Award, giving them a brand new Suzuki S-Cross Prestige.
The fourth team, Sophia and Mikaere, failed to meet reserve at auction for their apartment.
The auction results were as follows:
- Lisa & Ribz: $1,340,000, which was $50,000 above reserve
- Ethan & Sam: $1,390,000, which was the reserve
- Stacy & Adam: $1,480,000, sold by negotiation after the auction
- Sophia & Mikaere: Failed to meet reserve at auction
