Yet another Newshub presenter has been farewelled on maternity leave, with Susie Nordqvist presented flowers on-air during Newshub Live at 4.30pm.
Nordqvist is expecting a little girl to join her three-year-old son, Arlo. Presenter Tom McRae had some helpful encouragement during her final show on Friday, following their regular segment promoting the upcoming Newshub Live at 6pm bulletin.

"We wanted to say, congratulations for making it this far along," he said while presenting a stunning bouquet of flowers to his colleague.
"We know that you're going to be an amazing mother, because you already are an amazing mother to a beautiful little boy, Arlo."
McRae chose to kneel during the brief chat, prompting Nordqvist to joke about him looking like he was "about to propose".
"I'm just trying to get in the shot!" McRae was quick to clarify.
The fellow father-of-two had some advice for his colleague, who said she'd be "relying on [him] for advice".
"I know that it's a breeze, it's easy, they never squabble, they never fight, and I'm sure yours [will] too," McRae joked.
Nordqvist is the third Newshub presenter this year to go on maternity leave, following Samantha Hayes' and Janika ter Ellen's departures. Melissa Chan-Green will also be bidding the desk farewell for maternity leave next month, with Ingrid Hipkiss set to take over presenting Newshub Live at 6pm.
Hayes announced the successful birth of her first son, Marlow River, a week after her final show.
Nordqvist will be replaced on Newshub Live at 4.30pm by a rotation of Newshub presenters.
