John Legend has been named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive in 2019, which he and his supermodel wife Chrissy Teigen apparently find hilarious.
The 40-year-old Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony award-winning entertainer is described by the magazine as the "good guy who got it all" in its feature on his new title.

But his beloved wife's reaction may not have been what People was expecting.
"Oh for f**k's sake baaaaaaahahahahaahah," she exclaimed on Twitter with a link to the People announcement.
Chrissy also updated her Twitter bio to read: "De-motivational speaker, currently sleeping with People's sexiest man alive."
And just to make us all jealous, she tweeted that "the sexiest man alive just made me a ham sandwich".
John himself poked fun at the title, posting a photo of him when he was younger and nerdier, alongside a recent photo of former Sexiest Man Alive Idris Elba.
"1995 John would be very perplexed to be following 2018 Idris Elba as Sexiest Man Alive," he said.
"Hell, 2019 John is about as equally perplexed, but thank you People for finding me sexy. I'll take it."
In addition to John and Idris, other recent People's Sexiest Man Alive winners include Chris Hemsworth, Channing Tatum, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Blake Shelton.
