Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has challenged Gwyneth Paltrow's new vagina candle by joking about creating one that smells like his testicles.
Paltrow released the NZ$113 candle 'This Smells Like My Vagina' on her website GOOP on Sunday and it sold out within a few hours of its release.
The news prompted American comedian Adam Ray to challenge The Rock to release a candle scented "like his balls".
"It was only a matter of time until normal scented candles would be out of style," Ray said in an Instagram post.
"Your move Yankee Candle Co. Time to get The Rock to sell candles that smell like his balls."
Johnson played along with the joke and replied: "Brother I tried to make those candles, but I kept burning my balls. So I moved on to shampoo #scentofsac."
Paltrow found the interaction hilarious and was "deceased" by their joke business venture, saying it was "f*****g priceless".
Ray updated his Instagram followers on Monday afternoon and said the simple joke has led to an "internet friendship" and a potential new line of male-only candles.
He jokingly added they're now taking scent suggestions for their new candle range.
