Steven Spielberg's daughter Mikaela has been arrested in a domestic violence incident involving her partner Chuck Pankow, according to police.
US media outlets report the 23-year-old, who last week announced her foray into the adult entertainment industry, was charged with domestic assault causing bodily injury.
The incident reportedly happened in the early hours of Saturday morning (US time). According to Fox 17, Spielberg and Pankow were returning from a bar when he made a "rude comment" which prompted her to throw objects at him.
Records show she was released from a Nashville jail later on Saturday.
Earlier this month, Spielberg said she hoped to launch a new career as an adult entertainer and aspiring sex worker.
Describing herself as a "sexual creature", she told The Sun: "I got really tired of not being able to capitalise on my body and frankly, I got really tired of being told to hate my body."
"I feel like doing this kind of work, I'm able to 'satisfy' other people, but that feels good because it's not in a way that makes me feel violated."
Spielberg had already uploaded some self-produced clips to PornHub, but temporarily removed them until she has her sex worker license approved.
