Kanye West has alleged his wife Kim Kardashian "tried to lock him up with a doctor" in a nonsensical Twitter rant that includes mentions of her infamous 2007 sex tape and a screenshot of a text to her mother, Kris Jenner.
The string of tweets - many of which West quickly deleted - comes after he broke down crying during an anti-abortion speech at his first presidential rally in South Carolina, prompting widespread concern about his mental health.
"Kim tried to bring a doctor to lock me up with a doctor," the 'Lift Yourself' rapper tweeted, after revealing a story about the couple considering aborting their daughter North during his speech on Monday (US time).
"Kim was trying to fly to Wyoming with a doctor to lock me up like on the movie Get Out because I cried about saving my daughters life yesterday," he continued in another tweet.
Referencing Kim's sex tape with then-boyfriend Ray J and her nude shoot for Playboy magazine, West tweeted: "I put my life on the line for my children that North's mother would never sell her sex [t]ape."
"I put my life on my God that North's mom would never photograph her doing playboy and that’s on God," he continued, adding: "I'm at the ranch ... come and get me."
Despite his statements about her past and accusations of having him "locked up", West insisted "I love my wife," saying "My family must live next to me... It's not up to E[! Entertainment] or NBC anymore".
Jumping wildly between topics, West alleged that "NBC locked up" convicted sex offender Bill Cosby, as well as claiming the horror movie Get Out was about him and throwing shade at fashion mogul Anna Wintor and actor Shia Labeouf for not supporting his Yeezy fashion label.
The 21-time Grammy winner, who appears to be at his Wyoming ranch without his family, also tweeted a screenshot of a text he sent to Kim's mother Kris Jenner which reads: "This ye, you ready to talk now? Or still avoiding my calls."
In another tweet, West demanded Kris and Kim "call him now" before posting a picture of him and his children and declaring: "West children will never do Playboy."
"If I get locked up like Mandela, y'all will know why," he wrote in another post.
Earlier this month, TMZ reported that sources close to West believed his bid for US presidency was happening amid a "serious bipolar episode". In recent years, West has spoken openly about not taking his medication because of its alleged effect on his creativity.
