Miley Cyrus has claimed she made eye contact with an extraterrestrial being after it chased her down in "some sort of UFO" while she was driving in California.
Speaking to Interview Magazine, Cyrus said she saw a "flying snowplow which was glowing yellow" in an experience that left her "shaken for five days" and "f**ked her up".
"I got chased down by some sort of UFO," she said. "The best way to describe it is a flying snowplow. It had this big plow in the front of it and was glowing yellow."
"I’m pretty sure about what I saw, but I'd also bought weed wax from a guy in a van in front of a taco shop, so it could have been the weed wax."
The 'Wrecking Ball' singer insisted she did see the object flying, and that her friend did too.
"There were a couple of other cars on the road and they also stopped to look, so I think what I saw was real," she said.
Cyrus said she didn't feel threatened, but she did lock eyes with a "being" sitting in the front of the aircraft.
"It looked at me and we made eye contact, and I think that’s what really shook me, looking into the eyes of something that I couldn't quite wrap my head around," she said.
The 27-year-old said she "couldn't look at the sky the same," after the incident.
"I thought they might come back."
Cyrus isn't the only chart-topper claiming close encounters of the third kind. Over the weekend, fellow pop star Demi Lovato urged her Instagram followers to communicate with aliens through an app.
"If we were to get one percent of the population to meditate and make contact, we would force our governments to acknowledge the truth about extraterrestrial life among us and change our destructive habits destroying our planet," she wrote on social media.
Lovato shared images and video of the night sky that she claimed was "evidence from under the stars in the desert sky that can no longer be ignored and must be shared immediately".
