A$AP Rocky has confirmed what has long been suspected about his love life - that he is in a relationship with Rihanna and totally smitten.
In a candid interview with GQ, the rapper couldn't help but gush about his pop star girlfriend, calling her "the one" and the "love of my life".
"My lady," A$AP responded when Rihanna was brought up.
The 'Fashion Killa' hitmaker revealed being with Rihanna was "so much better" than the single life, adding: "I think when you know, you know. She's the one."
"She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones."
A$AP was photographed alongside Rihanna in her home country of Barbados at Christmas time last year, where he spent time with her family. The island also had special significance for the rapper, whose father emigrated from Barbados to the US.
"It was like a homecoming thing," he said.
"It was crazy. I always imagined what it would be like for my dad before he came to America.
"And I got to visit those places, and believe it or not, there was something nostalgic about it. It was foreign but familiar."
A$AP also revealed he'd like to be a father himself one day, if that was his "destiny".
"Nah, but like, I think I'd be an incredible, remarkably, overall amazing dad. I would have a very fly child. Very," he said.
Reports that long-time friends Rihanna and A$AP were an item came out late last year, after fans claimed the pair were obviously flirting during a video for GQ magazine, where Rihanna put 18 questions to the 'Sundress' rapper.
Rihanna chose to feature A$AP Rocky in a campaign for her skincare line, Fenty Skin, insisting he was "one of the guys who everybody loves his skin".
A$AP opened for Rihanna on her Diamonds World Tour in 2013, and also featured on her track 'Cockiness'. Rihanna then went on to play A$AP Rocky's girlfriend in the music video for his hit 'Fashion Killa'.
