Kiwi pop singer Lorde has released the video for 'Solar Power', her first song since 2017.
The video shows her singing and dancing at the beach with a group of friends dressed in bright yellow, while the group surrounding her is entirely clad in neutral colours.
The singer - real name Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O'Connor - sings how she "hates the winter, can't stand the cold" as she dances around the classic New Zealand landscape of sand, greenery, and bright blue ocean.
At another point, as she's carried by the group on a platform, she declares: "I'm kinda like a prettier Jesus".
Lorde teased the song earlier this week with its risqué cover art, a photo of her shot from below as she runs along the beach near-nude.
The new song ends with Lorde singing about the "new kind of bright", the "solar power".
'Solar Power' is the first music Lorde has released in the four years since her last album, Melodrama.
Her fans were quick to praise the track, with many rejoicing that the singer was "finally back".
"Finally the next chapter of my life can begin, thank you Lorde!" wrote one fan.
"I am literally shaking and crying, why do Ella and Jack do everything so well?"
At the time of writing, the music video has been viewed almost 80,000 times after only being live on the singer's YouTube channel for 20 minutes.
