Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have come under fire for buying their daughter Stormi a yellow school bus, with fans suggesting the toddler is getting to "act middle class for a day".
Kylie shared photos of her three-year-old exploring the classic American school bus on her Instagram Story along with the caption: "All Stormi has been talking about is riding a big yellow bus. Daddy surprised her."
It wasn't long before incredulous Twitter users chimed in with their thoughts on Stormi's new toy, with one declaring: "Stormi got to play make-believe poor today."
"I feel like Travis buying Stormi a school bus so she can role play being a normal kid is going to be an event she'll have to unpack in therapy one day," another tweet read.
"Rich people are literally so far from reality they bought a school bus for Stormi to sit on," said a third.
"Haha well jokes on Stormi, I got to ride on a yellow school bus for free," one person joked.
It's not the first time Kylie Jenner has come under fire for her extravagant parenting style. In 2019, she threw an "excessive" carnival-style birthday party to celebrate her baby's first birthday, where guests entered 'Stormiworld' through a giant inflatable version of the infant's face.
When Stormi was two, Jenner was accused of "gross opulence" for buying her daughter a US$200,000 pony shipped from the Netherlands.
More recently, Jenner flouted COVID-19 guidelines by taking Stormi and some of her famous family to a private villa in Turks and Caicos to ring in the toddler's third birthday.
