Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes have announced the end of their two-year relationship in a joint statement on social media.
The pair were long time friends before becoming romantically involved in 2019 - the same year they released their hit 'Señorita' together.
"Hey guys, we've decided to end our romantic relationship but our love for one another as humans is stronger than ever," the identical statements shared to the singers' respective Instagram accounts read.
"We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends. We so appreciate your support from the beginning and moving forward."
The statement was signed off by both Camila and Shawn, along with several love heart emojis.
According to the Daily Mail, the couple were last seen publicly together on November 3, when they were spotted looking very much in love as they kissed on the beach in Florida.
They also attended the 2021 Met Gala together in September.
