Madonna has labelled 50 Cent's comments "misogynistic, sexist and ageist" in a video blasting him for a "fake" apology he made after he made fun of her raunchy photos.
The 'Material Girl' singer posted a "delayed clapback" to the rapper on social media in the form of an Instagram video in which she used the 'Pixar' filter to make herself appear as an animated character.
Madonna called 50 Cent's apology "fake and bullshit" after he said sorry for remarking on a photo she shared of her lingerie-clad derriere under a bed.
"Yo this is the funniest shit LOL. That's Madonna under the bed trying to do 'Like A Virgin' at 63. She shot out, if she don't get her old ass up [sic]," he wrote about the image on social media at the time.
Later, the rapper apologised for "hurting Madonna's feelings", saying he "didn't benefit from this in any way".
Madonna rejected the olive branch, accusing 50 Cent of "trying to shame her" and "trying to put a limit on when women should be able to feel good about themselves."
"Your apology is fake, it’s bullshit and it’s not valid," she said in the video.
"It's not hard to find footage of me and you hanging out," she continued, before cutting to footage of the 'In Da Club' hitmaker bragging about his friendship with Madonna.
"An apology is not valid if you don't know what you’re apologizing for," she said.
"What you should be apologizing for is your misogynistic, sexist, ageist behavior and remarks.
"You didn't hurt my feelings, because I didn't take it personally. I could never take it personally because you're not coming from an enlightened place."
She also refused 50 Cent's assertion that he "wasn't benefitting" from his post, saying: "Of course you're benefiting from it, that is what social media is all about."
"Don't kid yourself if you think you have an Instagram account and you're not benefiting from it. Shut it down. Stop lying to yourself."
"Finally, I just want to say, I forgive you," she added. "I hope that one day, you wake up and see a different point of view. I wish you all the best."
