Billie Eilish has been captured on video pausing a concert mid-show to ensure a distressed fan in the crowd could be delivered an inhaler.
The Grammy winner was performing her Happier Than Ever tour in the US city of Atlanta when she spotted an audience member in trouble.
"Do you need an inhaler? Who needs it?" Eilish can be seen saying in social media footage of the moment.
"Do we have an inhaler? Can we just grab one?" she seemingly asked her backstage team.
While waiting for the medical assistance to come, the 'Bad Guy' hitmaker addressed the audience.
"Guys, give it some time. Don't crowd... we're taking care of our people, hold on," she said.
Warning: The below video contains some coarse language:
"I wait for people to be OK until I keep going," she added, eliciting roars of appreciation from the crowd.
Concern for the wellbeing of concertgoers has been at the forefront of conversation within the live music industry after 10 people died at Travis Scott's Astroworld festival in November last year.
The youngest victim of the fatal crowd surge was a 9-year-old boy, while hundreds were left injured by the incident.
It's not the first time Eilish has stopped a show to check on her fans. Months before the Astroworld tragedy, she interrupted her set at the Governor's Ball in September 2021 to call out security personnel for "not paying attention".
The then-19-year-old pop star was singing 'Everything I Wanted' to a huge crowd at the New York City festival when she stopped mid-song, seemingly concerned by some activity in the mosh pit.
"Security, why aren't you paying attention?" Eilish yelled while pointing to an area of the audience, as shown in a video of the concert uploaded to Twitter.
"Like, for real. One job, please," she added, clearly annoyed.
Eilish resumed singing, only to pause again shortly after to check in on her fans.
"Everybody good? Are you OK?" she asked the crowd. "This song is for you," she declared, before continuing the performance.
