Hailey Bieber has been released from hospital after confirming she suffered stroke-like symptoms due to a small clot in her brain.
The 25-year-old model, who is married to pop star Justin Bieber, was hospitalised in Palm Springs, California earlier this week.
"On Thursday morning, I was sitting at breakfast with my husband when I started having stroke-like symptoms and was taken to the hospital," she posted in a statement on her Instagram Story.
"They found I had suffered a very small blood clot to my brain, which caused a small lack of oxygen, but my body had passed it on its own and I recovered completely within a few hours.
"Although this was definitely one of the scariest moments I've ever been through, I'm home now and doing well, and I'm so grateful and thankful to all the amazing doctors and nurses who took care of me!"
Hailey also thanked everyone who sent her well wishes.
Her health scare comes weeks after her husband Justin caught COVID-19, which initially led doctors to believe Hailey's issues could be related.
Justin had to postpone multiple concert dates on his Justice World Tour due to his infection.
He had already previously postponed the tour as a result of the pandemic after it was originally scheduled to start in March 2020. Justin finally started his tour nearly two years later with his first show in San Diego last month.
Hailey recently celebrated her husband's 28th birthday with a heartfelt tribute posted to Instagram earlier this month.
"Happy birthday my baby… there are a lot of amazing and beautiful things about this life, but the most beautiful part is that I get to live it with you," she wrote, along with photos of the couple.
"I love you... here's to 28."
