Alternative rock legends Pixies are set to tour New Zealand in December with shows in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
Tickets go on sale on April 5.
Pixies last performed in Aotearoa at Auckland's Spark Arena in 2020 on March 6, marking one of the last major concerts in the country before they were halted for the COVID-19 lockdowns.
Other concerts they were set to perform that year were subsequently put off due to the pandemic.
"We are thrilled to be able to announce our return to New Zealand in December following the untimely postponement of some of these shows back in 2020," the band said in a statement.
"We will be returning to play two different sets across the tour: Come on Pilgrim and Surfer Rosa in their entirety in Wellington and Christchurch, and a brand new set featuring songs from across our catalogue, including some oldies and some brand new tracks, in Auckland."
