AM host Melissa Chan-Green paid an emotional tribute to her late grandmother on the show this morning.
Chan-Green lost her grandmother earlier this week and shared how proud she was of her and Chan-Green's mother.
"I'm so proud of her, Dorothy Jean and I'm just so proud of my mum."
She shared her appreciation for those who look after people in their final days.
"Dorothy Jean I will always remember you."
