Former One Direction star Harry Styles has announced a stadium tour of New Zealand and Australia in 2023.
The 'Watermelon Sugar' hitmaker will bring his Love On Tour show to Auckland's Mt Smart Stadium on March 7, with tickets to the general public going on sale April 27.
Styles was a headline act at Coachella over the weekend where he debuted a live performance of 'As It Was', his latest hit that went straight to number one on New Zealand's Official Top 40 Singles Chart.
He brought out Shania Twain as a guest during his set, which The Guardian described as "a show dripping in slickness", while NME beamed about a "spectacular showman making a bid for rock god status".
At his Auckland concert along with the Australian dates, British indie rock duo Wet Leg will be the opening act.
Kiwi fans have long been anticipating his return after being twice let down as concerts were cancelled amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Styles had been set to play Auckland's Spark Arena in November 2020, which was cancelled, and shows were again axed earlier this year.
He last played Aotearoa in December, 2017.
Styles' third solo album Harry's House is set to be released on May 20.
Pre-sale tickets to the Auckland show are available a day earlier than standard tickets through the My Live Nation membership.
