Britney Spears is once again worrying fans with a series of nude photos on Instagram posted in a particularly unusual way less than a month after she announced she is pregnant.
The 'Work Bitch' singer stripped naked for the pics and barely concealed her modesty using her hands and a heart emoji.
Over around a three hour period on Tuesday (NZ time), Spears shared three separate posts to her Instagram account. Each features her in a slightly different pose, with multiple versions of the photo in each post, each apparently with a different filter applied.
"Photo dump of the last time I was in Mexico BEFORE there was a baby inside me ... why the heck do I look 10 years younger on vacation?" she captioned the first post.
The second's caption included, "Don't underestimate the power of doing it myself and shooting with a selfie stick", while the third simply stated:"I love you all SSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOO much."
Spears also shared other images in between each post of multiple nudes, including a pic of luxury chocolates and a video of an apparently unrelated child receiving a birthday cake in school.
The bizarre posts have worried fans posting countless expressions of concern for her wellbeing.
"Get some help," one person wrote.
"Someone that genuinely loves this girl, help her," added another.
Another said: "We don't need to see this and we don't need to see it five times in a different filter."
"Why do you feel the need to keep posting pictures like this?" asked one woman.
Spears, 40, is expecting her first child with fiancé Sam Asghari. The 'Toxic' hitmaker already shares two teenage children with former husband Kevin Federline.
It will be her first baby since the controversial, 13-year-long conservatorship her father held over her came to an end in November.
